Jessica is an executive coach at Talentism.
She is the founder and CEO of IKantKoan Play/s, a game and immersive experience studio exploring serious subject matter through play. She is also a Professor of Game Design at Drexel University and CUNY City Tech and designs climate change games with The National Parks Service.
Jessica holds a BA in Political Communication from The George Washington University and an MFA in Ensemble Devising from the University of the ARTS.
Based in Philadelphia and New York City, Jessica is an avid hiker, tabletop role player, and philosophy nerd who still reads physical books, often by candlelight, for the sheer joy of the aesthetic. She is a 2022 Arctic Circle Artist-in-Residence, founding member of the Rachel Carson Center Climate Change Existential Toolkit fellowship, and recently gave a TEDx talk on embracing uncertainty through play. Her work has been presented at Ars Nova, Caveat NYC, The World Economic Forum, University of Pennsylvania’s Environmental Storytelling Summit, Tanween Creativity Festival, and on KQED San Francisco. She is compulsive about turning her phone off all the way at night.
