Nishi coaches executives and their leadership teams to create clarity and accelerate performance in both global Fortune 500’s and high growth startups.
She has a varied background as a psychologist, a talent executive for companies at LEGO and GE, and a management consultant for Deloitte. She tested her entrepreneurial spirit by starting her own HR consultancy and growing that to a successful business in South Africa before moving to the US. She works comfortably across cultures and has led and supported teams in the Americas, Europe, Far East, New Zealand and Africa.
Nishi holds a Masters in Psychology (Cum Laude) and has an MBA from University of Pretoria and Erasmus University in the Netherlands.
When Nishi is not travelling the world, she is based in Connecticut with her husband and two sons. She feels strongly about making a difference to people’s lives and provides pro-bono coaching through the Ethical Coach organization to women executives in non-profits. She also provides individual and group coaching to young women leaders. She is an amateur foodie and has just started playing golf. Her compulsions include listening to people’s stories.
