Lucy Li

Lucy works on sales enablement and building sales ops to help bring Talentism’s offerings to a larger audience.

Lucy has always been curious about the different avenues to achieving impact at scale. Prior to joining Talentism, Lucy was an Assistant Vice President at Silk Road Finance Corporation, where she was primarily focused on developing a new charter city in Southeast Asia, and raising a fund in the Middle East. Prior to that, she was a Consultant at the geopolitical risk firm, Eurasia Group, where she advised Fortune 500 and private foundation clients on navigating global political and macro challenges that generated business risk. Lucy also spent time on finance and strategy at charity: water, a non-profit organization dedicated to bringing clean and safe drinking water to people in developing nations. She began her career in investment banking with UBS.

Lucy holds a B.A. in International and Public Affairs from Princeton University.

After growing up and living in Boston, New York, London, and Hong Kong, Lucy currently lives in Stanford, California with her fiancé Justin and Bernedoodle Latke. Once Justin graduates from business school, they are hoping to relocate to Lagos, Nigeria. Lucy enjoys cooking spicy dishes with whatever’s in the fridge, listening to true crime podcasts, and visiting her parents and four siblings who are scattered across the world. Her compulsions include organizing, making lists, and synthesizing.
