Caitlin began her career at Bridgewater Associates, the world's largest hedge fund, where she spent nearly six years providing strategic leverage to the Co-CEO office before becoming Chief of Staff to the Client Service Department Heads. That experience gave her a front-row seat to how high-performing organizations are actually run and what breaks down between people and systems in fast-paced environments.
From there she moved into operational leadership at two high-growth startups. At Imbellus she served as People Operations Manager through a rapid growth phase, designing the company's compensation, performance management, onboarding, and culture systems from the ground up before the company was acquired by both Roblox and McKinsey. She did similar work at ClassDojo before joining Talentism in 2021.
At Talentism she has served as Head of Customer, COO, and now Senior Partner, providing strategic advisory to companies including Duolingo and NinjaTrader. She uses a frameworked, people-centered approach to her coaching and advisory, and leverages the ability to pattern match across clients to help them drive faster growth.
Originally from the tri-state area (US), Caitlin now lives with her husband and daughter in Ottawa, Canada. She spends her free time seeking out live music, watching horror movies, and staying close with childhood friends.
