CLARITY COMPASS · COACHING SKILLS FOR EXECUTIVES

Lead less like a boss. More like a coach.

Clarity Compass is an 11-week program that teaches executives and managers the proven coaching skills Talentism’s coaches use with leadership teams at high-growth companies. You’ll learn to spot what’s stuck, coach people to clear decisions, and grow the leaders around you, practicing with your real team from week one.

A science-based method rooted in neuroscience, psychology, and evolutionary biology, refined over 13 years with 4,000+ leaders.

The Talentism frameworks provide a powerful way to understand people and organizations, and Clarity Coaching is a powerful tool for improving alignment and achieving goals more effectively in any organization.

What you'll learn

Become a learning leader who drives goals forward.

You apply each skill to yourself first, then to the people you lead.

  • Recognizing confusion

Confusion signals a gap between expectations and reality. Notice when someone is stuck, help them name that gap, and turn it into a chance to learn.

  • Separating story from evidence

Tell the difference between the narrative someone brings and the facts in front of them, and build your view on the facts.

  • Identifying blind spots

See your own blind spots and threat triggers, and how they show up in meetings and decision-making.

  • Running a learning loop

Investigate the problem, make a diagnosis, test a small experiment, and learn from the result.

  • Putting people in the right context

Understand each person’s talents and strengths, and the setting where they can use them.

Who this program is for

For people who drive goals through the work of others

Compass is for mid-level managers, senior executives, founders and C-suite leaders. You might manage a team, lead a function, or hold a role where others come to you when they’re stuck. It fits best if one of these sounds like you:

  • You coach as part of your job

You spend a lot of time helping people work through problems, and you want a reliable method for doing it.

  • Your role just got bigger

You're stepping into a larger team or a new level and want to grow the next layer of leaders under you.

  • You want to connect better with your team

You’re strong in your field, often a technical one, and want a clearer way to support the people you lead.

  • You lead people or talent

You want to build these skills yourself, or you're looking for a program to sponsor for the executives you support.

HOW IT WORKS

Learn it Thursday. Use it Monday.

Each week runs on one simple loop, built around your real work. About 5 hours a week, with one fixed 2-hour session.

  1. Pre-work

Short audio and video lessons arrive a week ahead. Fit them into a commute, then bring a real situation from your work.

  2. Live session

Two hours with a small cohort and a Talentism master coach to discuss, question and tease out the frameworks. Work through real situations and design experiments to work through them.

  3. Practice

Apply the frameworks in your one-on-ones and team meetings. Rehearse them with your cohort partner or with Sage, Talentism's AI coach.

What you notice in practice feeds the next session. The cycle then repeats: the next session begins with its own pre-work.

11 weeks · 1 live session a week · ~5 hours a week

The clarity coaching framework is extremely approachable and makes the ambiguity of work related issues more concrete and navigable. This program effectively broke down the key elements of the framework in a clear and digestible way. I feel like a much better, more grounded coach since completing this course.

Practice with Sage, Talentism’s AI coach

Every participant gets access to Sage, an AI coach Talentism built in-house and trained on the same IP that Talentism coaches with.

Between live sessions, role-play as the coach or the person being coached. We provide practice prompts for different stages throughout the program for learners to apply what their learning.

  • Play the coach

Put the frameworks into practice while Sage plays the person being coached.

  • Switch roles

Be the one being coached and experience the frameworks in action from the other side.

  • Bring a real situation

Work through a live problem from your work week and see how the methodology applies.

RESULTS

What changes in 11 weeks

You apply the method to live situations every week, so results start showing up even before the program ends.

FOR YOU

  • Decisions that stop stalling

Spot what's really stuck and move your team to a next step, instead of another meeting about it.

  • Fewer blind-spot mistakes

Know your threat triggers and catch them before they shape a decision.

  • A team that solves more on its own

Coach people through their own problems instead of solving them yourself.

FOR YOUR ORGANIZATION

  • Goals that keep moving

Leaders work obstacles through with the people who own the goal, then test a practical next step.

  • Cultivating Leadership

Managers who grow their people, so the next layer of leaders is ready sooner.

  • One shared language

When several leaders attend, they describe problems the same way and solve them together.

COMPASS ELECTIVE

Clarity Coach Certification

Clarity Coach Certification is an elective you can pick after completing Clarity Compass. Put what you've learned to work in live coaching sessions, test it in practice, and get one-on-one mentoring from a Talentism master coach to hone your coaching skills.

  • Observation

Your Talentism coach mentor reviews recordings from up to three coaching sessions to see how you apply the Clarity Coaching frameworks and methodology to real conversations.

  • Feedback

After each review, your coach mentor points out where your strengths showed up and where your coaching can improve. Stay connected through Slack and email as you work through the feedback.

  • Talk it through and test

Meet for up to three live mentoring conversations. Choose a change to try in your next coaching session, then bring what you learn back to your coach mentor.

Additional investment: $2,000 for the certification elective.

FAQ

Executive Program FAQ

Coaching or consulting with clients outside your company? See the Compass Coach Program→

What is the Compass Executive Program?

Compass Executive is an 11-week, cohort-based leadership development program from Talentism. It teaches the coaching methods Talentism's coaches use with executives and leadership teams, adapted for people who lead teams inside a company. You meet live once a week with a small cohort and apply each method to your own work between sessions.

Do I need an executive title to join?

No. The program is for anyone who reaches goals through other people, whether you manage a team, lead a function, or are the person others come to for help. Many participants are stepping into a larger role or have been asked to grow as a manager.

How much time does it take each week?

About five hours a week for 11 weeks: a two-hour live session and about three hours of pre-work and practice you schedule yourself. The live session is the only fixed time. Much of the practice happens in conversations you're already having at work.

Can I do Compass alongside a full-time job?

Yes. The program was designed for people with full-time roles. Pre-work is mostly short audio and video lessons, sessions are recorded, and the practice uses real situations from your week, so you aren't creating extra work to have something to practice on.

When does the next cohort start?

The next cohort is February 2027, and applications for it are open. Use the application form to apply, or book a call with Priyanka to ask about the cohort. Pre-work goes out the week before the first session. The exact start date, session time and application deadline are being finalized; we’ll confirm them when you get in touch.

How much does it cost?

The program is $6,000 per participant, paid upfront or in two installments. Optional Coach Certification after the program is an additional $2,000.

Can my company pay for it?

Yes. Many participants are company-sponsored, often through a learning and development budget. The program is $6,000 per participant, paid upfront or in two installments. You can ask your manager or HR team whether your organization can cover it.

Is the curriculum the same as the Compass Coach Program?

The two programs teach the same core methods. The executive cohort applies them to leading and developing a team, and the coach cohort applies them to work with clients. Executive participants can go on to the same Coach Certification.

Can I earn a coaching certification?

Yes. Everyone who completes the program receives a Compass completion certificate. After that, you can choose to pursue Clarity Coach Certification, where a mentor coach reviews recorded coaching conversations and evaluates you against Talentism's coaching standards. It's optional, costs an additional $2,000, and you can start it any time after the program.

What is Sage?

Sage is Talentism's AI coach, trained on the same methods our human coaches use. In Compass you use it to practice: you can role-play as coach or client, or bring it a real situation and work through it with the method. It comes with the program at no extra cost.

What happens if I miss a session?

Every live session is recorded and posted within 24 hours. You can catch up on the recording and ask questions in the cohort’s online space. To receive the completion certificate, you need to attend at least 70% of live sessions and complete the program assignments.

How big are the cohorts?

Cohorts are capped at 12 people, so everyone works on their own situations in every session. Participants come from different industries and roles, which gives the group a wide range of examples.

Can I join from outside the US?

Yes. Sessions run on US Eastern time, and participants regularly join from the UK and Europe, where the session falls in the afternoon or evening.

How is Compass different from other leadership development programs?

Compass is taught by a firm that also coaches executives, so the methods come from current client work. The program is short and practice-heavy, with 11 weeks of applying each method to your real team rather than months of theory, and you practice with an AI coach trained on the same methods.

I lead HR or talent. Can I sponsor several leaders?

Yes. You can join yourself or sponsor executives on your team, and leaders from the same company benefit from sharing one method. Book a call with Priyanka to talk through it.
