Luna Ridderhof

Luna trained as an organizational psychologist in the Netherlands, where she spent her early career embedded inside companies as their company psychologist — watching the mechanics of how clarity, conflict, and creativity actually move through a team. She then founded her own coaching and training firm and co-founded a personal development organization for young people that became a market leader. The thread across all of it: how do you build environments where people can learn fast, and act decisively, in conditions of pressure?

That's the question she still works on with clients. Luna's superpower is being direct without triggering defenses. She finds the core of an issue fast and gets clients to experimentation quickly, so they're not stuck talking about the thing for weeks. Many of her clients arrive overextended and split across too many priorities. Her track record has shown she is exceptional at helping those leaders choose the most important things to drive, and deliver results for them and their teams.

Luna has coached leaders at OpenAI, Duolingo, and Grindr — 40+ engagements with C-suite and senior execs at high-growth and public companies, including AI-native operators.
