She works with founders and leadership teams to turn customer relationships, community, and storytelling into durable growth advantages. As a Board Member at Frame AI which was acquired by HubSpot, an active AI builder, and a frequent speaker at technology and CX events, she brings both strategic perspective and hands-on fluency to the age of AI.
She has held executive roles at Intuit, SurveyMonkey, and Guideline leading product marketing through IPO, building CX community programs from scratch, and building and scaling customer and operations organizations.
She holds a BA from UCLA and has completed AI coursework at Stanford, including Generative AI, Agentic AI, and Leading in the Age of AI. She is based in San Carlos, California. Her compulsions are designing the conditions where people do hard things that scare them and walk away believing they're capable of more and cutting through noise to organize complexity into clarity and action.
