Libbie Thacker is a former tech and human capital executive with over a decade of executive coaching experience focused on women founders and CEOs.
Her ability to adapt her approach to a client’s specific needs reflects her career across a wide range of business models, including startup, consulting, and corporate.
She has served in executive leadership roles during major periods of growth at venture-backed organizations such as Nuro.ai and Medallia, as well as in larger organizations like Walmart eCommerce. Prior to her in-house leadership roles, Libbie spent six years with Deloitte Consulting in their strategy and operations consulting practice.
She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Economics and Sociology from Brown University.
Libbie’s focus on women’s leadership development extends to her nonprofit work, with board experience including President of the Harvard Business School Women’s Association, over a decade with Harvard Business School Women’s Alumni Advisory Board, founding member of Pencils of Promise, and founding member of the Brown University Field Hockey board.
