Sarah de Sousa coaches senior leaders and executives to help them accelerate learning, unlock human potential, and lead with clarity and impact.
Her work is informed by a rare constellation of expertise spanning moral philosophy, positive psychology, adolescent development, higher education, and senior leadership advising, allowing her to see how questions of purpose, agency, and meaning echo across a lifetime.
For more than a decade, Sarah has helped people make sense of who they are, what matters to them, and how to move through complex systems without losing themselves in the process. Her work across educational institutions, global supply chains, and both private and non-profit sectors has given her a long-arc perspective: how clarity, or the absence of it, at one stage can shape everything that follows.
Sarah holds a BA in Philosophy & Literature from Stanford University, where she was invited to serve as student liaison to the Humanities Department Steering Committee, and an MA in Counseling Psychology from Santa Clara University. She has contributed to the Oxford Handbook of Positive Psychology, among other scholarly publications.
Based in Portugal, Sarah works globally with senior leaders and executive teams. She is a linguaphile and aspiring polyglot, a Pushcart Prize–nominated poet, enjoys dancing Argentine Tango and West Coast Swing with her husband, and fully embraces her soccer-mom life.
