Angie D’Sa

Angie coaches founders and their leadership teams to create clarity and alignment through uncharted territory. She works with the C-suite at high growth startups and recently public companies.

Angie is also an operator at heart. She has spent over a decade scaling rapidly growing companies. As COO of venture-backed edtech startup, Imbellus (acquired by Roblox and McKinsey), Angie raised $23M in funding, grew a team of 50+ engineers and scientists, sold into enterprise and government, and deployed a high-stakes digital test across 30 countries in five languages. Prior to Imbellus, Angie served as Chief of Staff to the CEO/CIO of the world’s largest hedge fund, Bridgewater Associates, during the firm’s expansion from $40B to $150B AUM. She led initiatives to scale leadership and internal operations.

Angie holds a BA in International and Public Affairs from Princeton University, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa.

Based in New York, Angie is a mentor to startup leaders through First Round Capital, and to first-generation college students through America Needs You. She is a founding member of the women’s leadership network, Chief, a mom, a wife, and an incorrigible New Yorker. Her compulsions include messy problems, elegant solutions, mountaintops, and ignoring the recipe.
