Mandisa Khanna

Mandisa partners with leaders to approach tough challenges head-on. She loves helping people connect with what’s truly meaningful and to use it as fuel to achieve their full potential. Clients describe her approach as thought-provoking with equal parts empathy and pragmatism.

Prior to coaching, Mandisa spent over 10 years at Macy’s Inc. in merchandise planning and operations, helping to drive e-commerce growth from $300M to $4B and then leading teams that constructed omnichannel business plans that sat at the intersection of strategy and profitability.

Mandisa holds a BA in Economics from the University of Michigan, where she was named a Golden Key Scholar and graduated with honors.

Mandisa lives in New York City with her husband and two daughters. She is a lover of music, a science junkie, and a student of meditation. Her compulsions include taking ideas from spark of insight to tangible reality, stargazing, and seeking out great coffee.
