Alanna Miller

Her career spans executive coaching, recruiting, training and facilitation, and leadership development. She knows the difference between abstract advice and actionable support because she has operated within the systems that she now helps leaders improve.

Alanna holds a BA in Art History from Temple University, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa.

Raised between the U.S. and Vienna, she is bilingual and cross-cultural, enabling her to spot gaps others miss, build alignment, and earn trust quickly. She lives in New York City with her husband, two children, and a herding dog with very strong opinions.
