Alanna Miller

Alanna coaches executives and senior leaders at high-growth companies to take productive action and unlock their potential. She designs Talentism engagements that help their own team members do the same.

Alanna has spent her career in recruiting and client service roles focused on talent development and management, with an additional background in executive search. Prior to joining Talentism she was Director of Enterprise Sales at Axiom Law, where she specialized in pharmaceuticals and biotech.

Alanna holds a BA in Art History from Temple University, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa.

Based in New York, Alanna is a compulsive writer and reader and obsessive about using words in their correct context. Her other compulsions include empathetic and fact-based problem-solving, finding the humor in almost any situation, and visiting her hometown of Vienna to see family and stock up on good coffee. When Alanna’s not coaching, she and her husband are busy teaching their toddler how to throw the ball to their fetch-obsessed border collie mix.
