Alicia is focused on helping others navigate confusion and create clarity amidst rapidly changing environments. She has a natural fascination with understanding people, and couples this with an operational mindset towards achieving goals.

Alicia lives just outside of Washington DC with her husband, four sons, and two dogs. She has graduated from crumb-catcher to shuttle-driver and prefers clear blue oceans with sunny skies. In her not-so-free time, she enjoys piano, skiing, scuba diving, and almost all sports except racquetball. She is also a member of Leaders of Greater Washington and TEDWomen. Given love of understanding motives that lead to action, and the impact that individuals can have within organizations, Alicia also serves as Mentor and a Keynote Speaker. Her compulsions include helping, problem-solving, comforting, and smiling.
