Andreas coaches executives and their teams to create clarity and alignment during periods of significant change. He works with executives and their teams while transitioning into new roles or when they are exposed to transformations.
Andreas has always been passionate about developing teams, leaders, and staff. For almost 25 years, Andreas was a partner at Deloitte Consulting, leading strategic client accounts in addition to introducing coaching habits as the responsible partner for talent. Recognizing his desire to make a more direct impact, he launched his own company focused on transformational excellence and change leadership through coaching and consulting.
Andreas holds a Diplom-Kaufmann from the University of Hagen.
Based in Switzerland, Andreas has lived in five countries. He is mildly obsessed with outdoor activities (running, road cycling, skiing), and will stay up late on Sundays to watch the NFL live. You will often find him with a book in hand, keen to read works in Science Fiction, Latin American writers, Renaissance Art, and History. He shares his hobbies with his girlfriend and three teenage sons. Andreas’s compulsions include storytelling and building connections 1:1.
