Caitlin Cuskley

Throughout her career, Caitlin has established a track record of designing and implementing operational systems that support the success of organizations. She started her career providing strategic leverage to the co-CEOs and served as Chief of Staff to the Client Service Department Heads at Bridgewater Associates, a global-macro hedge fund managing $150B in AUM for 350+ institutional clients.

Prior to Talentism, Caitlin managed the People and Operations functions at ClassDojo and Imbellus (acquired by Roblox and McKinsey). At both organizations, she defined the strategies for “people-focused operational systems”, enabling their growth and efficiency. Now, as Talentism’s COO and Head of Customer, Caitlin is able to drive impact internally and externally for Talentism’s employees and clients. She also acts as an advisor and coach to operational leaders at Valence (formerly Shift).

Caitlin holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Connecticut, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa.

Caitlin hails from New Jersey and now lives with her husband in snowy Ottawa, Canada. Her compulsions include nerding out over frameworks, visiting childhood friends, and singing in the highest octave.
