Chris coaches teams and their leaders to create connected groups and achieve ambitious goals together. He has coached Partners and senior staff within professional service firms and recently leadership teams within startups.
At his core, Chris is a builder. He has 24 years of experience building new products, services, and teams within the technology space for professional service firms. Over the past decade he established Deloitte Switzerland’s forensic technology team and grew the practice from 3 to 60 professionals. Chris’ strong and long-lasting client relationships built on quality service supported his admission to the partnership. He also joined the faculty of Deloitte University EMEA to help other Partners build their own teams. As his compulsion for building teams outgrew his interest in forensic investigations, Chris founded his own practice to pursue this work directly.
Chris commenced university to study Computer Engineering and exited with an Honours BA in Sociology and Philosophy from University of Toronto. He also holds an MBA from the MGSM, Macquarie University.
Based in Zürich Switzerland, Chris enjoys visiting museums about cities, reading about innovative environmental technology, and snowboarding fresh powder in the Swiss Alps. His compulsions include new ideas, continuous improvement, making connections and succeeding together.
