Diana coaches leaders and managers, on finding their authentic voice, becoming as effective and impactful as they can be, and growing themselves and their teams.

Prior to discovering her passion for coaching, Diana spent 10 years in corporate. She started her career as a currency quant researcher at a mutual fund. She then transitioned to management and strategy consulting, first externally and then internally at a bank. Through her consulting experience, Diana had a chance to work in variety of industries (finance, consumer goods, health, beauty) as well as functions (strategy, M&A, efficiency optimization, culture transformation) Eventually, Diana embraced her passion for talent development and made the transition to coaching full time.

Diana got her MBA from University of Chicago Booth School of Business and her BS in Economics and MS in System Dynamics from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.

Diana is based in Boston and her compulsion include understanding how people think, problem solving, live concerts, and losing herself in fantasy books and movies.
