Greg coaches leadership teams to create clarity and alignment through uncharted territory. He works with the C-suite at high growth start-ups from pre-seed through pre-IPO.
He spent the first half of his career in professional services as an investment banker and strategy consultant focused in the technology, retail and finance verticals. He spent the second half as an operator. He worked as a marketing and product management executive at Wayfair both pre and post IPO, where he oversaw a team of 50 product managers and general managers. He left and became the COO of a series A/B VC backed marketplace startup. He helped raise $60M in funding, quadrupled the size of the organization and revamped every major aspect of how the company was run.
Greg holds a BA in Philosophy from Williams College and a MBA from Kellogg School of Business
He is based in Seattle where he spends most of his free time chasing his two young children. His compulsions are answering curious questions, building frameworks, and running experiments.
