Jessi Gormezano

Engagement Manager, Coach, Trainer

Jessi coaches emerging and established leaders across multiple sectors helping them achieve bigger and more complex goals over time.

Leveraging her background in performance, Jessi has extensive experience as a communication skills coach and trainer. She led small group workshops, large keynote talks, and 1:1 coaching domestically and internationally for Fortune 100 and 500 companies. She authored courses and worked closely with HR and L&D representatives to customize content and shape global programs. Jessi began her career as an actor, and has also served as a casting director, playwright, and producer. She helped build a financially sustainable non-profit theater company, served on the artistic staff of two Off-Broadway companies, and toured across military bases on a production contracted by the Department of Defense as part of resiliency training. After each performance, Jessi participated in facilitated discussions with service members and their families. She became increasingly interested in the conversations taking place offstage, and shifted her focus towards facilitation and coaching.

Jessi holds an MFA in Performance from the Asolo Conservatory, where she trained on a full scholarship, and a BA in Theater from Greensboro College.

Based in New York, Jessi’s compulsions include playing in the dirt, eating food with family, and making art with her kid.
