Engagement Manager

Kaleigh Booth is driven by a deep belief in people’s potential and a commitment to creating a more equitable world. She combines empathy, structure, and strategic insight to help individuals and organizations navigate complexity and move toward clarity and impact.

Kaleigh currently serves as an Engagement Manager at Talentism, where she partners with leaders and teams to uncover performance barriers and build systems that turn insights into meaningful progress. Her work focuses on helping clients align purpose, talent, and execution to create lasting growth.

Prior to joining Talentism, Kaleigh served as the Associate Director of Alumni and Constituent Engagement (Global Programs) at Tulane University, where she led regional engagement initiatives, managed global volunteer networks, and collaborated across departments to strengthen alum participation and philanthropy. Earlier in her career, she supported complex operational and recruitment processes at the NYU General Surgery Residency Program, overseeing large-scale onboarding and faculty coordination.

A proud Tulane alumna, Kaleigh earned her degree in Public Health, where she developed her passion for expanding opportunity and empowering communities often overlooked by traditional systems. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and brings a balance of operational excellence and human understanding to every project she leads.

Originally from Chicago and now based in Atlanta, Kaleigh lives with her dog, Hudson, and finds joy in yoga, hiking, long walks, traveling, and all things water sports. She loves exploring new cultures and studying human behavior—a lifelong curiosity that fuels both her professional purpose and personal growth. A natural nurturer and connector, she thrives in work and life that bring people together to grow, learn, and create change.
