Kurt coaches founders and their leadership teams to win faster against more complex problems, especially in high-growth/ unclear environments.
Kurt has 20+ years of experience in operations, strategy, executive, business development, finance, and data analytics roles, the bulk of which were at Palantir Technologies, where he founded and led the Business Operations & Strategy group. Kurt’s group has (thus far) the highest per-capita rate of winning founders even amongst Palantir alumni, who themselves have the highest rate of winning founders amongst any large tech company. He started his business career at Bain & Company after serving as a police officer in Dayton, Ohio, and as a paratrooper and later intelligence officer in the Army National Guard.
Kurt holds a B.A. in Psychology from Stanford University.
Kurt lives in Palo Alto with his wife and 3 children. His interests include learning and talking ad nauseam about real-world fitness & health protocols, evangelizing Andor, co-opting others to teach wilderness survival skills to his children, and conspiring to produce more effective idealists in the world.
