Linda works with both individual leaders and teams to help them navigate the constantly changing environment in which every business operates. Her coaching philosophy focuses on creating a safe space for reflection and experimentation, allowing clients to find clarity and understand how to advance toward their goals.

Linda has coached leaders and teams at a wide range of organizations from early-stage startups to Fortune 500 companies, drawing on over 20 years of experience building and leading teams of her own. As a Vice President at an industry-leading consulting firm, she sold and led million-dollar projects. She built the US sales organization and global account management functions at a rapidly growing e-learning startup, helping to establish the company as a leading player in a newly defined market.

Linda holds an EdM degree in Adult Learning and Organizational Behavior from Harvard University, and a BA in International Relations and Spanish from James Madison University.

Based near San Francisco, California, Linda’s compulsions include traveling, being active in nature, and making a difference by helping others do the same. She is particularly passionate about working with leaders seeking to improve health and healthcare, education, and equity.
