Priyanka Subramanian

Priyanka is building the training and learning vertical at Talentism, where she brings a unique combination of product leadership, instructional design expertise, and entrepreneurial experience to help organizations build skills and develop human potential at scale.

Prior to joining Talentism, Priyanka co-founded Allrounder Cup, an ed-tech startup where she led learning design and team building while raising venture capital funding. She was also the founding employee and Chief Learning Officer at Uable, where she developed an innovative play-based pedagogy and scaled training operations across a distributed team. As a Senior Product Manager at Pearson, she built integrated learning platforms for schools worldwide and led international product expansion. At Leap Finance, she created the Counselor Academy, transforming sales enablement by redesigning onboarding and developing audit frameworks that significantly improved team performance.

Priyanka holds a Post Graduate degree in Mass Communication from St. Xavier’s University, Mumbai, India, and a B.F.A. in Applied Arts. She is a Certified Experiential Educator and Pearson Certified Master Trainer.

Based in San Francisco, Priyanka is a new mom just learning to find the balance between motherhood and work. On most weekends, you can find her playing elaborate strategy board games, sitting on the potters wheel, crafting her next ceramic creation, or out exploring new and exciting events in the Bay Area.

Her compulsions include designing learning experiences, finding creative solutions to complex problems, and bringing people together through shared activities.
