Renuka Belwalkar

Renuka is passionate about helping founders and executives translate vision into scalable strategy and organizational growth. As a Senior Engagement Manager at Talentism, she partners with founders, executive teams, and Clarity Managers to drive alignment, build trusted relationships, and turn insight into meaningful action that accelerates performance.

Renuka began her career at JPMorgan in the Sales & Trading division, later transitioning into blockchain product management before realizing her true calling in entrepreneurship. She went on to serve as a fractional Chief of Staff for over 10 high-growth startups, helping founders refine strategy, operations, and go-to-market execution—including working with the Miss Universe Organization at the Cannes Film Festival. She is also active in Talentism’s Dive In Venture Capital division and previously founded a subscription-based beauty company, for which she was named a Forbes Under 30 Scholar, an honor awarded to the top 1,000 college students worldwide for their contributions to entrepreneurship.

Renuka holds a B.S. in Finance and Management Information Systems, with a minor in Entrepreneurship, from the Carlson School of Management. Based in New York, you may catch her teaching yoga, taking an acting class, or exploring new cities through good food and long walks in her free time.
