Rocio coaches executives to acknowledge their mental models and reality, helping them turn confusion into clarity.
Rocio started her career in finance before seeking a path that resonated more with her. She became fascinated by the world of HR, learning her way around recruiting, training, performance and talent development. After several years, she launched her own startup, Nuna’s Club, a corporate healthy snacks service. She grew B2B sales to become one of the top three snacks services in Argentina, with clients such as WeWork, HSBC, Deloitte, Phillips, Tupperware and Cabify. She spent several years leading a team through Argentina’s perpetual economic crises, honing in on her resilience skills along the way. In 2021, she made the decision to step aside, and sold Nuna’s Club to a fantastic team who is transforming it into a B corporation.
Rocio holds a Business Economics degree and a Masters in Human Resources.
After two decades in Argentina, Rocio relocated to Barcelona where she currently lives with her husband and 3-year-old son. She was raised across four continents, fueling her passion for diversity, multicultural experiences and social impact. Her compulsions include cooking, falling over in yoga class, having her hands deep in clay, and any tool that gives her further insight into human behavior.
