Seni has coached founders and C-level executives at early stage companies to create clarity and navigate the uncertainties that often come with leading organizations through evolving contexts.

Seni is Co-Founder and CEO of a pre-seed stage upskilling startup. He was previously interim COO at a US-based venture backed logistics tech startup, and previously VP Global Operations at Andela, a venture-backed talent tech startup. At Andela, he led a 1,500 person organization across 7 countries and 6 functions, during a period where the company raised over $140M to support its rapid scale and regional expansion. Seni’s prior career includes building a new airline at Bristow Group, corporate strategy at HP, and management consulting at Bain & Company.

Seni holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Northwestern University.

Based in Lagos and Lisbon, Seni is founder and managing member of Black Ops, a community of African operators building companies of the future. He is compulsive about forging bridges across cultures, building high performing organizations and developing business leaders.
