Tiana is a seasoned operations and strategy expert with 10+ years of experience driving growth in start-ups and established companies. Prior to Talentism, she supported Aesthetic Partners in launching spa memberships and optimizing marketing and internal operations. At Madison Reed, Tiana scaled locations from 1 to 87 locations, generating $58M in revenue and launched an industry-first membership program that grew to a major revenue stream for the company. Prior to Madison Reed, Tiana managed multi-million dollar projects as a government consultant with Atlas Research for the Department of Veterans Affairs and Georgetown University, delivering significant improvements in operations and communications.
Now, as Talentism’s Head of Operations, Tiana is focused on driving positive outcomes for Talentism’s Ops team.
Tiana holds a B.A. in Journalism from the University of Oregon.
Tiana hails from California and now lives with her husband and children in Greenville, South Carolina. Her compulsions include reading, spending time with family, and baking.
