Co-Founder and CSO of Casper, Neil Parikh

Neil and Jeff talk about accepting shortcomings and leaning into strengths, catching frustrations at the root of the logical fallacy, how safety plays into acceptance, and discovering capabilities that the perfectionist in us wants to hide.

Neil is the Co-Founder and CSO of Casper, one of the most popular mattress manufacturers in the US. He reflects, “it’s a little bit hard to accept because as a perfectionist, I want to be right or successful a hundred percent of the time. But if you don’t engage in the failures, you never learn. You never get better. And so you can never realize your vision unless you’re continuously doing that, engaging in the failures.”
